as oskar already pointed out, a joke has been around that when hell freezes over, finland wins the eurovision song contest. now that hell finally froze, anything can happen. and i don’t mean it in the sense that miracles are possible. hell no. think about how many people there must be that at some point in their life have said

there must be a lot more! i want to write a book about all the silly promises finns have made “given that finland wins the esc”!
